GIFT CARDS
Your use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
This gift card may be applied toward any product purchase or service made at Foundation Skincare By Michelle, LLC. This gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
After (1) one year of non-use, a $2.00 per month fee will be charged.
SMS (TEXT) ALERTS
In supplying your phone number you are opting in to receive updates and special offers from Foundation Skincare by Michelle, LLC. We promise not to send more than 5 messages a month. These alerts include ways you can save money on products and services and special events that you may be interested in attending. If it turns out that SMS is not for you, you'll always be able to opt out by simply texting back 'STOP'.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t do what you thought it would do so we have an accommodating return/exchange policy.
For opened/used products, just bring us the receipt and product within 7 days from the purchase date and we will give you 50% value of the opened product towards a new product.
For unopened products we offer full refunds (100% value). Just bring us the unopened product and receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase. Of course, you are welcomed to use that refund towards another product.
